Properties range from about $40,000-$150,000 and there are several lots and parcels of land, making it a great spot to build a home. This unincorporated community in Gulf County is got its name from the fact that 8 feet above sea level it is significantly higher than the neighboring town of Port St. Joe, which is just 3 feet above sea level. Because of this, a few homes that border Highway 98 have ocean views however, most don’t as they sit a little far back from the highway.
Because these homes are located near St. Joseph Bay, they make a great opportunity for an investment property or rental.
