Penny’s sister, Louise (Lulu), is a licensed Realtor in both Florida and Alabama. She is former owner of Olde South Mortgage Group on St. George Island, is very knowledgeable with short term rentals here in the county, a board member of the Carrabelle Chamber of Commerce, and member of the Eastpoint Civic Club.
