Lulu’s sister, Penelope (Penny), is a licensed Florida Community Association Manager, a licensed Florida Realtor, former owner of Ameristar Mortgage of Apalachicola, a National Top Producer in apartment rentals for Pegasus Residential, LLC, a former real estate paralegal in Georgia and is President of the Carrabelle Chamber of Commerce.
